1. Services

Tri-County Pressure Pros offers cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof, window, and gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and interior/exterior painting. We strive to provide high-quality, professional services and ensure your satisfaction.

2. Booking and Payment

Scheduling: Services can be scheduled online, by phone, or through email. Scheduling is subject to availability.
Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
Any items that could obstruct cleaning areas (e.g., vehicles, furniture) should be moved prior to the appointment.
Tri-County Pressure Pros is not liable for damage to items left within the work area that could have been avoided with proper preparation.

4. Service Guarantee

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues or provide a re-cleaning if necessary.

5. Liability

Damage to Property: Tri-County Pressure Pros will take reasonable care to avoid property damage during services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage due to improper maintenance.
Health and Safety: Tri-County Pressure Pros adheres to all relevant health and safety guidelines. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from hazardous materials or conditions present on the property that were not disclosed before services commenced.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

Certain cleaning services may be limited by environmental factors, such as weather conditions or accessibility. We reserve the right to modify or reschedule services if these factors impact our ability to perform safely and effectively.
Services do not include the removal of biohazardous waste, mold remediation, or hazardous chemicals unless specified in a separate agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Tri-County Pressure Pros or licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
